WE ARE EXPLORING THE PRACTICE
OF DISCERNMENT
+ Meditation is supreme among all these tested means for personal change. Nothing is so direct, so potent, so sure for releasing the divinity within us. Meditation enables us to see the lineaments of our true self and to chip away the stubbornly selfish tendencies that keep it locked within, quite, quite forgotten.

Literature of the World
+ Discernment depends on a continuing commitment to the
practices we are exploring which can all be viewed as Meditation or Prayer or
Contemplation. We all need to find ways
to “chip away the stubbornly selfish tendencies” which keep us separated from our
Heavenly Self which is intimately, intricately, infinitely connected by a
matrix of unconditional, unlimited, uniting Love which is miraculous,
mysterious and marvelous.
+ The video above is offered by Edward Bastian of the Spiritual Paths Institute. In it, he leads us through the 7 steps of InterSpiritual Meditation. You may want to pause it at steps 5 and 6 so that you can go deep into meditation.
