+ For many of us or maybe for all of us, getting outside and getting into the wilderness or gardens or forests or beaches or mountains or lakes or seas or sky is essential.  I know I have been   moved and transformed by the times I have experienced awesome beauty in a variety of natural settings.  How about you?
