+ Healing happens when we achieve a level of discernment which gets beyond all the deceptions, prejudices, opinions and judgments which many of us have in abundance.  The truth will set you free.  The truth will make you whole.  The truth will make you heavenly.

We need to transform our vision of reality so that we can see the truth and not illusions.  This takes plenty of stillness, detachment and humility, the Mind practices we explored in SE posts 1 through 64. Now we are exploring Heart practices so that compassion prevails and makes all things new.
