+ Continuing with the 12 styles of the Mandalaprocess, we are exploring the style of Love and Compassion.

+ Each one of your actions leaves an impression on the hearts of others. The clarity or confusion, the love or resentment you cultivate inwardly makes its mark upon the world. Every single thing you think, speak, or do has consequences and creates ripples of effect. Understanding this more and more deeply, you learn to take care with your thoughts and actions. They can be guided by wisdom and compassion or by fear and anger. ... In every moment of life you are planting seeds that will come to fruition. Responsibility asks you to be ever aware of what kind of seeds you are planting.
This was the OneSpirit Daily Inspiration on 12/31/15

+ We are on a life-long learning journey which leads us, hopefully, to keep building and expanding that heavenly realm of compassion, peace, justice and sustainable abundance for all.  Christina Feldman reminds us that our intention and continuing commitment to this mission takes a lot of persistence and courage and mindfulness.  Every thought matters.  Everything we think, feel, say or do has consequences.  Let us renew our resolve to pay attention and be present.

+ Christina Feldman offers some great practical guidance on meditation and mindfulness.  I invite you to listen to her Dharma Talks or search for her videos on Youtube or read several  book reviews, book excerpts and practices.  Of course you could read one of her books.
